PLANNING IS THE KEY to a successful move. Transdec allocates a move supervisor to each project who acts as a central contact point of reference and is responsible for briefing the project team as to the strategic objectives and time schedules.
Regular meetings between staff and the move supervisor prior to and during the move, ensure that everyone involved is kept informed. All Transdec staff are fully trained, uniformed, carry appropriate identification with each team provided with mobile communication facilities.
The built-in command structure of the project team enables problems to be identified and relayed back to the move supervisor as soon as they arise; potential problems are identified at an early stage and costly delays either avoided or their effect minimised.
