1986 - It all begins!
TRANSDEC have taken pride in having built a reputation for providing quality commercial moving services to businesses throughout the UK and overseas. Initially started by the Carlin family
Meeting the challenge of an ever-changing and more demanding business environment, TRANSDEC have expanded the range of services from the company's base in Essex to include multi storage solutions (containerised, loose, archive and more), confidential waste disposal, environmental and recycling ideas along with multiple IT related services.
TRANSDEC provides a full range of business removal services to some of the leading companies in the UK. Extensive experience, gained from the project managing large relocation schedules provides the company with the confidence to undertake a wide variety of work, irrespective of scale or volume.
Investing for the future
2020 - TRANSDEC became part of family owned removal and storage company WORKHORSE GROUP.
With investment in its growth, Workhorse Group opened a dedicated office and additional warehouse for TRANSDEC located in the Suffolk town of Ipswich. Situated perfectly for A14/A1/M11/A12/M25 and Felixstowe Port links, the new warehouse facility instantly played a huge part in servicing TRANSDEC customers nationwide.
2021 - REWORK
TRANSDEC are solution providers, we work with our customers to deliver the best outcome. A prime example is the removal and disposal of used office furniture - working with our customers we developed ReWORK, a transparent service that allows used office furniture to be collected, stored, itemised and made available for certified re-use free of charge to charities, education facilities and start-up businesses.
